How Do I Place An Order?

Copy the Order form from the Order form tab and email it to adorabluhan@gmail.com

Payment and Shipping

For buyers without Credit Cards/Payment please make payment via iBanking or Funds transfer! Orders without payment made within 48 hours after confirmation email will be cancelled.

We do not accept concealed cash or cash on delivery unless otherwise stated.

POSTAGE FEES (only for Singaporean buyers)

Normal mail (Eg: A fan, or stickers): $1
Normal mail (Non-Bulky. One or two items in one parcel): $1.50
Normal mail (Bulky. Few items in one parcel): $3
Registered mail (Includes tracking number): Add $2.24 on top of the total normal postage fees

SHIPPING FEES (only for International buyers)

Please email us regarding this, for international buyers two payments have to be made.

First payment, item cost. Second payment, shipping from us to you and this depends on where you are from.

Both includes addition paypal transfer fees.

We do not recommend normal mail as it will get lost, Registered mail is recommended and it costs the same as above.

When will the items be ordered?

We will order every 15th and 28th of the month. Please send in your order the day before the order date. You will be place in the next batch if you order on the order date or after.

I bought the wrong size/color can I exchange it?

If item has been ordered, No. If item hasn't been ordered, please email us and inform us.

Secure Ordering

If you want your item to be ordered and secured please make payment within 48hours.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us before returning any items.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts us and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition and was damaged during delivery. If the product is used the product will be ignored. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. we suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

adorabluhan will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
